This is the classical Sicilian Cannolo. Giacomo is using his grandmother’s receipe so the pastry shell is freshly fried and crispy, chocolate lines and filled with approximately 90gr of fresh ricotta cream cheese produced in Agrigento. Dry orange peel topping completes the cannolo giving it an intensive and delicious flavor. This could serve as a dessert or served with tea or coffee complimenting either.
